1) Guiding you through the certification process:

1. Submit a schedule with realistic timescales, including costs for help at key stages. It is expected that 90% of the work would be carried out in-house under the Consultant’s supervision.

3. The requirements of the standard would be explained and help given to modify the Lignum Template into a Management System Manual (with operating procedures, forms and process maps) that reflects your business’ unique character.

4. Other areas where assistance can be given includes gap analysis, management system implementation, document development, staff awareness training, internal auditor training, pre-assessment audits and post-certification support.

5. Our consultant would monitor your company’s progress through all elements of the implementation schedule, providing valuable support and encouragement at every stage.

The templates, Chain of Custody (FSC/PEFC), Quality Assurance (ISO 9001), and Environmental Management (ISO 14001) are supplied on digital disks. They contain Manuals, Forms and, where required, process maps for a model joinery company. Guidance information explains what is required from each section of the standard and how your company can meet those requirements.
